The band formed in Kr\u00e5kstad (Viken) in 2013 he released his debut album <strong><em>The Rosewater Park Legend <\/em><\/strong>in 2018 through the <strong>Apathy Records<\/strong> label in a limited edition of only 500 units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Their second studio album <strong><em>My Plateau<\/em><\/strong> was mixed &amp; mastered by <strong>B\u00f8rge Finstad<\/strong> at Toproom Studio, the cover artwork was created by <strong>Sondre Tajet S\u00f8byskogen<\/strong>. <strong>Profane Burial<\/strong> presents an atmospheric, dismal, and grim journey through unsanctified cinematic black metal, a sub-genre often featuring atmospheric and symphonic elements, drawing inspiration from film scores and other forms of orchestral music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To promote the release of their long-awaited second album, the band has published the video clip of the song that gives the album its title, <strong><em>My Plateau<\/em><\/strong>, which you can see below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"PROFANE BURIAL - My Plateau \/\/ Official Video 2024 \/\/ Crime Records\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/hfQ8BM8IOe4?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer;
